Lesson 1 · Smart Choices
Eraser & Forever Choices
Every day you make choices. Some you can change your mind about. Some you can’t. Today you learn to spot the difference!
✏️ Eraser Choice
“Oops! I can fix it.”“哎呀!
You can undo it, change it, or try again. It’s safe to explore!
🎈 Forever Choice
“Oops! I can’t undo it.”“哎呀!
Once it’s done, it stays done. So stop and think first.
“Can I undo it?”
Yes → Eraser Choice • No → Forever Choice 🔑

For the grown-up 🧑🏫给大人的话 🧑🏫
This plants a real decision model early: reversible vs irreversible choices — Jeff Bezos’s “two-way doors vs one-way doors.” The habit isn’t “be careful about everything.” It’s the opposite: move fast and freely on reversible things, and slow down only for the few that can’t be undone.
Try it out loud today: at snack or play time, catch a real choice and ask together, “Is this an eraser choice or a forever choice?” Naming it is 80% of the skill.
